Honoring God with Every Sip: Why Cross & Coffee Chooses Organic

Honoring God with Every Sip: Why Cross & Coffee Chooses Organic

At Cross & Coffee Company, our mission is more than just brewing great coffee. It’s about creating a daily experience that nourishes both body and soul. That’s why we are committed to offering organic, clean, and responsibly sourced coffee—not as a trend, but as a calling rooted in biblical truth.

Stewarding God’s Creation

The Lord God placed the man in the Garden of Eden to tend and watch over it.” — Genesis 2:15 (NLT)

God has entrusted us with His beautiful creation. That means caring for the land, honoring the labor of farmers, and avoiding harmful chemicals that strip the soil and pollute the earth. By choosing certified organic beans, we’re not only delivering a purer product—we’re participating in the protection and renewal of God’s green earth.

When you drink Cross & Coffee, you’re drinking a brew that reflects God’s original design: natural, whole, and life-giving.

Nourishing the Temple

Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.” — 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NLT)

What we consume matters—physically and spiritually. Coffee is more than a caffeine kick; for many of us, it’s how we start the day. It can set the tone for prayer, study, worship, and reflection. That’s why we source coffee that is free from synthetic pesticides, additives, and toxins.

Clean coffee honors the temple. It’s a simple, daily way to glorify God with your health and choices.

Pursuing Purity in All Things

And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” — Philippians 4:8 (NLT)

At Cross & Coffee, our dedication to purity goes beyond the cup. We believe in transparency, intention, and quality in everything we do—from sourcing our beans to roasting them with care and sharing our story with you.

Organic coffee is a reflection of that pursuit of excellence and purity, not just in business, but in lifestyle and faith.

A Daily Cup with Eternal Purpose

“Give us this day our daily bread.” — Matthew 6:11 (ESV)

Whether you enjoy our Morning Manna, Shepherd’s Brew, or the bold Lion of Judah, every blend is crafted with the intention of encouraging quiet time with the Lord. Our prayer is that your coffee ritual becomes more than routine—it becomes a sacred pause, a breath of peace, a moment at the foot of the Cross.

Why We Do What We Do

At Cross & Coffee, we believe that faith and health go hand in hand. When we say our slogan, “Start your day at the foot of the Cross,” we mean it. That first cup should be more than caffeine. It should be clean, intentional, and centered in Christ.

So here's to mornings made holy. Here's to honoring God in the everyday.

Here’s to coffee that’s as pure as your calling.

A ditto, we saw ya all on Ryan’s show. Had to rewind when I saw Cross and Coffee. Our son-in-law runs a coffee shop attached to our church and open to the public throughout the week. It encourages community, coffee, and helping to finance church plants.

We love what you are doing with coffee and starting the morning with Jesus. LOVE IT ! Of course I want to buy your coffee !!!!! As soon as I figure out how. I should have left the comment afterwards.
