Edgar's Testimony:

For years, I was stuck in grinding and hustling. I thought that my purpose was tied to the prophetic word over my life, being fulfilled, as opposed to just resting as a son. For three years, I was in a wilderness in Arkansas trusting the Lord, but also trying to make things happen myself, until one day, I received a word of the Lord that I needed to fully surrender. I hit the ground, and I prayed and asked the Holy Spirit to help me fully surrender because I didn’t know how. From that day forward, I started learning about my identity in Christ, how I am a new creation, the oldest gone, the New is here as 2 Corinthians says. 

Now I am a completely dead man walking and have been brought into the resurrection abundant life that Jesus died to give us. This is more than just normal Cristian living, this is a new creation reality. I wish I would’ve surrendered earlier instead of trying everything myself.

I tried to be a provider for my family, and it didn’t work. But when I decided to stop self effort, my way into God’s will, and instead use Faith to stumble my way forward as I surrender daily, the Lord fast tracked his plans for me.

Now I’m lost in the love of Jesus Christ and live in the abundant life He calls all of us to!
