All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak times or product launches, please allow a few extra days for fulfillment. We’ll always keep you informed if delays occur.
📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. If you haven’t received this within 5 days of placing your order, feel free to reach out.

While we do our best to ship promptly, Cross & Coffee is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or service disruptions. We’ll always help you resolve any issues.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your order, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. Still missing? Contact us and we’ll assist you as best we can.
